Yo! I'm Jason. You can call me "Veez" if you like. I'm from the Washington, D.C. area. My parents are from the South, and I grew up in a very diverse neighborhood, so I heard dozens of languages, accents, and dialects during those formative years, which makes me pretty damn good at tones and inflection. I'm a dad to three daughters plus our rescue pup, husband-of-the-century to Mrs. Veazey, a dog father, an Army veteran, and a lifelong learner.  

For the past 30 years, I've been a professional voice actor while working full-time in broadcast media, voicing commercials, promos, narration, and live events. Back in fall of 2023, I decided to get focused on my voice actor alter-ego, and behold- I am pretty awesome at this.

I won a SOVAS Award for Best Radio Imaging Voiceover at the 2026 SOVAS Awards Gala. I've been working with producers and directors on a repeat basis, and getting to know and collaborate with my fellow creatives has been fulfilling, and being a producer and director myself, I learn and grow in each session. I have been picking up some credits as a documentary narrator in 2026 and I'd love to do more of that. A fun milestone for me happened- I got to voice Benjamin J. Grimm AKA The Thing in an episode of "Avengers Assemble" on the Marvel HQ YouTube Channel. The Thing was my favorite comic character, so it felt natural to play Ben.  

Who do I sound like? I've heard Jon Hamm more than a couple times (he actually sounds like ME), and also Bryan Cranston, Morgan Freeman, Sam Elliott, Howard Keel and James Earl Jones. So, it's the baritone-bass frequencies over here, but you'd be surprised at what I can pull off and the range I can command.
